Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before submitting your booth application. By applying, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set forth herein.

  1. 1This agreement constitutes your contract with Happy Nest Home Show LLC ('Organizer') for exhibit space at the Happy Nest Home Show at Stroud Mall, 344 Stroud Mall Rd, Stroudsburg, PA 18360.
  2. 2Show hours are: To Be Announced.
  3. 3By submitting a booth application, the Exhibitor confirms they have read and agree to abide by all Terms & Conditions and the Happy Nest Home Show Rules & Regulations.
  4. 4Acceptance is confirmed only upon receipt of a written confirmation email from the Organizer. The Organizer reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion.
  5. 5Booth space is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis following receipt of a completed exhibitor application and full payment. Once a booth location is confirmed, it cannot be changed.
